The Firm has represented the City of D’Iberville in connection with its development projects, and also has represented the Housing Authority for the City of Biloxi in connection with legal matters related to local zoning. Brown Buchanan does and has done property work for, among others, Pascagoula Municipal Separate School District, Hancock Bank, the City of D'Iberville, the Housing Authority of the City of Biloxi, Destin Pipeline and Koch Pipeline Co., LLC. This representation has included eminent domain proceedings and transactional representation for the acquisition of land for these clients. The Firm has also done transactional/property work for, among others, and Mississippi Power Company. The work for Mississippi Power Company included the eviction of 25 houseboat owners from river property owned by Mississippi Power Company.
